I remember being a young girl and wishing to be popular. I always cherished older people. Well everyone knows that a 14 and a 19 year old had different points and views. Well one day I became sick and tired of being the outcast of the group and feeling out of place. Despite the age difference I started to read more and came across a memoir of a singer. I began reading and absorbing all the information that came from the memoir. I soon was able to discuss things that I found interesting and share them out loud with my group of friends.
Reading memoirs are fun and educational at the same time. I have read memoirs that have taught me to be strong and motivational. Memoirs can help through difficult times.
